PAS 2030 was created to support the Government’s framework to deliver energy efficiency measures to property owners across the UK to help improve the Energy Efficiency of Existing Buildings.

PAS 2030 is a standard with the primary objective to provide a robust, uniformly applicable specification that will assist installers to demonstrate that their installation of energy efficiency improvement measures have met specification and customer requirements.

We have a qualified in-house Retrofit Coordinator. The Coordinator role is primarily designed to identify, assess, and manage the technical and process risks commonly associated with domestic retrofit projects. The role has been designed to protect the client’s and the public’s interest, ensuring that projects are safe, high quality and performing to their maximum potential. To oversee the retrofit process from start to finish as a project manager, and ensure appropriate integration and communication between teams.

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government energy efficiency scheme in Great Britain to tackle fuel poverty and help reduce carbon emissions. The obligated energy suppliers work with installers to introduce certain efficiency measures into your home, such as loft or wall insulation, or heating measures. We are an approved ECO Scheme Installer.
